Kaiyi X3 Pro local assembly and major network expansion planned for Egypt
Kaiyi Motors Egypt has revealed a strategic roadmap featuring domestic assembly of the X3 Pro crossover by late January 2027, along with nine new facilities and mobile maintenance vans.

Kaiyi Motors Egypt has shared its strategic industrial direction to strengthen brand presence in the passenger vehicle segment, headlined by complete knock-down assembly for the compact X3 Pro crossover. Production is slated to begin locally by late January 2027. This initiative aims to expand domestic industrial value, stabilize vehicle supply, and offer competitive availability within the Egyptian market without relying entirely on built-up imports.
Expanding the nationwide 3S retail and service footprint
Alongside manufacturing milestones, the distributor is pursuing a wide network rollout calling for nine new facilities across key urban centres by March 2027. The planned network will stretch across Greater Cairo, Suez, Mansoura, and Alexandria. These locations are designed as full 3S complexes, integrating passenger car showrooms, maintenance workshops, and genuine replacement parts departments to better support existing owners and prospective car buyers.
